Hi there! I'm John, the creator of UnlistedPH, your go-to site for finding hidden real estate gems in the Philippines.

I started UnlistedPH because I noticed many great properties weren’t making it onto the big real estate websites and were instead posted on social media. My goal is to create a central hub for all these hidden gems, making it easy for buyers to discover unique properties. I’m also working on features to help sellers easily post their listings across multiple social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

While we’re just getting started and you may notice a few things are still in the works, I’m constantly working to improve UnlistedPH with exciting updates and new features every week.
